All current and new students must register online each school year and return the listed documents to the student's school as applicable.

- Proof of Residency - current water, gas or electric bill (within the last 60 days) or lease
- Up-to-date Immunization Records (see immunization information)

- Child's original birth certificate (photocopies are not accepted).
- If the child has a Social Security number, you will need the original Social Security card.
Parents of new middle and high school students: after online enrollment is completed, please contact the campus to schedule an appointment with a counselor for course selection.

Parents and guardians can complete the annual registration process entirely online. Be sure you are accessing the form on a computer. It cannot be completed on a mobile phone or tablet. There are options to recover your username and password if needed. Download step-by-step instructions here.

For parents registering new students to 谢尔曼ISD, a TEAMS/家长门户 account must be created before you can access the online registration 系统.

Find your student's school assignment by residential address using the SISD 出席 Zone Maps 系统.

3. Complete Online Enrollment Forms
Online Enrollment is best completed using Chrome on a computer or laptop.
Using the TEAMS/家长门户 account created in Step 1 and the school assignment from Step 2, 登录你的账户 and complete the online enrollment forms.
Upload your child's required enrollment documents when you complete the online enrollment form, or contact your child's campus to schedule a time to provide the documents to them.
学生 will not be assigned to a class or receive a schedule until all required documents have been uploaded to the online enrollment form or provided to your child's campus.
